About

Bio:

I'm a 10-year veteran of NRDC’s Internet department, a onetime survival expert (summer camp, age 11), a fairly recent southern Utah enthusiast, and a more recent podcast addict.

Roots in:
New York State (and every borough of the city of NY)
Favorite place:
Brooklyn
Why "environmentalism" matters:
The same reason music matters, movies matter, good food matters: life stinks without them. Maybe not without environmentalism, exactly. But life’s no good without clean drinking water. It would be no good if there were no wild animals to capture children's imaginations, no beautiful landscapes to inspire us up close or just through photos, no clean and green spaces to bolster city spirits.
