Most parody songs are done tongue-in-cheek.  Not so this heartfelt, heartbreaking twist on John Denver's famous ode to West Virginia, put together by the Ohio Valley Environmental Coalition

In under four minutes this particular parody, paired with powerful video footage, succintly tells the tragic tale of mountaintop removal coal mining.  Trust me, you must check it out.

At the very end of the video, after the credits roll, there is this unattributed statement:

These coal company executives are most assuredly Godless folk.  For no one who had ANY fear of Judgement Day would do what these monsters do EVERY day. 

Amen!  For if mountaintop removal is not wrong, then nothing is wrong.
