Radhika Khosla, Welch Environmental Innovation Fellow, New York
Having grown up in Delhi, India, I studied Physics as an undergraduate at the University of Oxford and subsequently got my masters in Atmospheric Physics there. I have always been keen to work at the intersection of science and policy and spent some time working with the Chairman of the IPCC. More recently, I completed my Ph.D. in the Geophysical Sciences from the University of Chicago where I focused on urban climatology, in particular looking at the building micro-scale level. As part of NRDC’s CMI and India Initiative, I am thrilled to be working on issues related to scaling the efficient buildings market, in two distinctly different geographies (the US and India).
