The New York Times reported on a recent NRDC legal victory in the South Bronx which has helped alleviate the suffering of an environmental justice community plagued by air polluted with odors from local sewage treatment plants; Al Huang, one of the lead attorneys on the case, was quoted… Lisa Suatoni explained in the Los Angeles Times that the EPA has failed to comprehensively test the effects of chemical dispersants being used in the Gulf of Mexico on marine life…
