Lane Burt commented on the Obama administration’s new rebate program for home energy efficiency upgrades in USA TodayLane also stressed in E&E News that nearly all homes could slash their energy use by half with existing technologies… David Doniger explained to NationalJournal.com that Sen. Jay Rockefeller’s efforts to delay the EPA from regulating global warming pollution would cause an unacceptable delay… Reuters cited NRDC as part of a coalition of 63 groups urging the EPA to study the harmful effects of hydraulic fracturing and other forms of oil and natural gas extraction…
