In the Wall Street Journal, Alex Wang explained the significance of China’s decision to allow environmental groups to file lawsuits… Jake Schmidt praised President Obama for deciding to arrive in Copenhagen at the same time as other world leaders in the Los Angeles Times…  In The Washington Times, David Hawkins stressed that genuine progress can still be achieved in Copenhagen…

 

Jake Schmidt was also quoted in a Politico piece on the recent EPA announcement affirming the threat greenhouse gases pose to health and human welfare… On NPR’s ‘All Things Considered,’ Henry Henderson called for a new barrier to block the migration of Asian Carp into Lake Michigan and condemned previous unsuccessful efforts to halt the spread of the aggressive invasive species… Henry also spoke with the Chicago Tribune about the issue… In the New York Times, Ashok Gupta pointed out that, though imperfect, proposed energy legislation for New York still puts the city ahead of the rest of the nation
