In a Associated Press article Rich Kassel commented on the establishment of an emission control area for ships within 200 nautical miles of the US and Canada saying it will “bring better health to tens of millions of Americans”… Kassel was also quoted in a front section Washington Post print article covering the same topic, saying “communities up and down the coasts will feel the air-quality improvements” and in a Greenwire piece picked up by the New York Times…
