Chuck Clusen spoke to Rolling Stone about permits for offshore drilling in the Arctic and why they shouldn’t be granted… David Pettit explained in a Politico article why he believes that lifting President Obama’s moratorium on deepwater offshore drilling would be reckless… David also broached the subject of deepwater drilling as a guest on Air Talk, which runs on California NPR station KPCC

Change.org published a Q&A with Gina Solomon on the safety of eating Gulf seafood given the current oil crisis; the interview was also picked up by BlogHer a popular women’s issues site  Jen Sass was quoted in a Wired Science blog about EPA’s new ban on studies that use humans as test subjects for pesticides… A Times Free Press article on mountaintop removal mining mentioned NRDC stats on the subject… Jonathan Kaplan was a guest on Clear Channel’s Green is Good radio show speaking about pesticides and organic food; the show is broadcast at various times nationally …
