The People’s Web, the website of China’s People’s Daily (the most official of the official Chinese newspapers) carried a lengthy article quoting David Doniger and reiterating US EPA conclusions that voluntary emissions reductions aren’t working… And though we can't link to it online, Environmental Protection, the official magazine of China's Ministry of Environmental Protection, has a 15 page feature in the current issue on the training NRDC co-sponsored and organized last month on open information.  This is one of the first official trainings on open information for government officials in China.
