Andrew and Sylvia Fallon spoke on the topic further in numerous western TV and print outlets including CBS Montana, NBC Billings and the Idaho Statesman; a blog post by Andrew on the "re-de-listing" was also picked up by the ever popular HuffingtonPost...

David Doniger weighs the influence of Obama appointees on the future of the California tailpipe emissions waiver in the Washington Post... In the Philadelphia Inquirer John Walke praises Lisa Jackson's expressed commitment to scientific integrity and the rule of law in light of the "unprecedented trampling of those principles by the Bush administration"... Annie Notthoff criticizes recent decisions by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger that will undermine environmental concerns as well as the Governor's own hard earned eco-friendly image in the Associated Press... John Walke chats with Larry Mantle about the environmental and energy policy failures President George W. Bush will be remembered for on SoCal NPR station KPCC [Listen].
