A Greenwire article picked up by the New York Times reported that NRDC President Frances Beinecke met with President Obama’s Chief of Staff to discuss climate legislation… Frances’ involvement in that meeting was also mentioned in a Washington Post Post Carbon  blog post covering the upcoming unveiling of the climate bill… Daniel Rosenberg discussed the significant health benefits to amending the Toxic Substance Control Act of 1976 in a TheHill.com e2 wire blog… Josh Mogerman emphasized that “the environmental and economic problems with tar sands are intertwined” in a Gary Post Tribune print article Frances Beinecke participated as a panelist in the “Fortune Brainstorming Green Conference,” which was covered by Inhabitat.comAllen Hershkowitz’s blog on the greening of baseball was quoted by Smartplanet.com
