Some time ago, I did a post on my friend John Norquist's wonderful phrase, "the convenient remedy [or solution, in my adaptation] to the inconvenient truth."  Smart neighborhoods can be just that, bringing convenience while enabling a lower-carbon lifestyle.  And now CNU has a six-minute video on the subject.  Check it out:

CNU's website contains a higher-res version along with a powerpoint presentation and other resources, but be warned: it crashed my browser twice.  I'm sure they are working on the bugs.
