Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) has some serious traffic, comprising a variety of colorful vehicles.  (It also has some serious air pollution, causing many bike and scooter riders to don homemade masks.)

But it does make for a wildly entertaining time-lapse video.  All credit to Aaron Renn and his Urbanophile blog for first highlighting it:
