Corinne Hanson, International and Nuclear Programs Assistant, Washington, D.C.

Corinne Hanson
I joined NRDC in the fall of 2012 as the new Program Assistant for the International and Nuclear teams. I graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs and Philosophy, and have been living, studying and/or working in DC for 6 years now. During that time I’ve been fortunate enough to experience many of the great opportunities that this city has to offer, including working on Capitol Hill, attending historic political rallies and marches, and witnessing a presidential inauguration. I’ve always been an avid outdoorswoman and athlete, and I try to get out hiking or camping whenever I can. I’m honored to put my knowledge and interest in government and policy to work to help protect our environment, and I couldn’t ask for a better team to be working with!
