Oregon and seven other states are joining California's lawsuit, filed two week ago against the Bush Administration over its last-minute Endangered Species Act regulations. The other states are: Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island. OregonLive has posted a copy of the complaint here.
In other hopeful news, yesterday Congressman Nick Rahall, who chairs the House Natural Resources Committee, and twelve other members of Congress introduced a resolution under the Congressional Review Act that, if passed, would strike down the Bush rule.
